Philip Cha was a martial arts instructor and after school program director for over twenty years. He changed his professional career to sales because of his passion for helping people find their perfect vehicles and homes. His genuine care and immense love for cars made him a top automotive sales consultant. Broker Philip Cha then transitioned his profession solely to focus on real estate, where he continues using his sales and psychology expertise to help buyers, sellers, and investors get the best deals in finding properties. His superior customer service and negotiation knowledge and skills made him the top 10% buyers' agent in Williamson County in the last 12 months.
Mr. Cha is a man of discipline and solace in running, weightlifting, practicing martial arts, and networking with new people when he's not assisting his clients. His academic journey includes a B.A. in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources and Employment Relations, with a focus on staffing, training, and development, both from Pennsylvania State University. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychology while serving as a full-time Real Estate Broker, a testament to his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
Philip has grown up and lived in Austin for over 44 years, calls Austin home, and has participated in many multicultural organizations and activities. He prides himself on motivating and shaping young lives to be the best of the best, and he has a burning desire to help people in general. Cha believes in the importance of providing a lovely and one-of-a-kind home for families, but more importantly, he is deeply motivated to help others achieve their goals and dreams. Through many years of teaching martial arts and sales experience, Philip has learned that listening to his client's needs and wants is the pathway to their happiness and his success.
