We are a flat brokerage organization, not tall, hierarchy. One stop brokerage entity partner with all real estate services providers such as repairs, landscaping, remodeling, etc. All customers and clients will receive personal touch and will be treated with respect! We do not focus on receiving 5 starts where the charge person gives away gift cards to buy them to receive 5-Stars. 5 star rating is outdated because it has low reliability, instead we use Likert Scales 1 through 7 (7 Stars), 1 being Strong Disagree and 7 being Strongly Agree. This approach will  increase reliability, which raters will take time to think about before rate the services they received. Which one is easy to guess? Which one gives you more accurate ratings? 1 through 5 or 1 through 7?
